Thermally-bonded Spunbond wastage
Spunbond is one of bonded fabric types, which is manufactured by means of thermal bonding of polypropylene threads.
It is manufactured from the polypropylene PP1362R melt produced by “Nizhnekamskneftehim” joint-stock company by means of dry spinning of elementary threads into the bonded fabric.
The main characteristic of the bonded fabric is its surface density which is varied from 15 to 160 grams per square metre.
Different additives (dyeing superconcentrates, light stabilizers etc) are used to infuse some additional qualities to the fabric.
Thermal bonded fabric Spunbond polypropylene wastage is subdivided into:
- spinneret wastage (monothread)
- spinneret wastage (ingots)
- fibrous wastage
- bonded fabric wastage
