Since 2004, within the framework of the Yasnaya Polyana Agreement jointly signed with the regional authorities and the administration of the Yasnaya Polyana museum, we have been carrying out projects to support the museum-estate, investing in local environmental programmes, humanitarian initiatives and also welfare and improvement projects in the Shchekino district.
In 2015, for the plant's 60th anniversary, we started the Year of Good Deeds, bolstering our external and internal corporate programmes.
We continue the Good Deeds Project in the Tula Region and at the company to this day.
Shchekinoazot's social expenses over five years (2016–2020), including charitable activities, amounted to 720.8 million roubles.
The company's social expenses in 2020 tallied 165.7 million roubles, including:
82.7 million roubles allocated to charitable activities.
61.1 million roubles spent on the maintenance of social facilities (Shchekinoazot's Yubileyniy Palace of Sports, medical/sanitary unit).
768,000 roubles were invested in mass sports and recreational activities.
3.5 million roubles were allocated for the summer vacations of employees.
Social payments to employees amounted to 17.7 million roubles.
